What to include

A few details let us follow a function run from Shopify Flow through the sandbox:

1. Your store domain.
2. The function name, exactly as it appears in the app.
3. Whether it ran from Shopify Flow or from the editor Test button.
4. An approximate timestamp of the run you expected to work.
5. What Run history showed - status, logs, and any error message. See Run history and troubleshooting.
