Report a bug
Before you send: History and troubleshooting covers the common failure modes - authentication errors, blank variables, [object Object] in a body, attachment size limits, and blocked request destinations. If it is still wrong after that, the form above is the fastest route.
What makes a report easy to fix
- Your store domain - so we can find the run.
- The name of the email layout, HTTP request or sender involved, exactly as it appears in the app.
- Where it failed - from a Shopify Flow workflow, from Send test email, or from the HTTP request Test button.
- The run - the timestamp, and the status shown in History (Failed, Pending, or a Success that produced the wrong result).
- What you expected to happen instead.
Useful things to attach
- A screenshot of the failing entry in History, including the Error Message and Request Data cards.
- The Variables (JSON) you passed in the Shopify Flow action, with anything sensitive removed.
- A screenshot of the Shopify Flow workflow showing the trigger, any conditions, and the action step.
Delivery problems are usually not bugs
If an email sends successfully according to History but never reaches the inbox, the message left our system and was handled by the receiving mail server. That is a deliverability issue rather than an app bug - check your domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, and look in the recipient's spam folder. We are still happy to help you work through it: use Contact support instead.
Prefer another channel?
- In-app chat - open the app dashboard in your Shopify admin and use the chat bubble. Fastest, and it keeps the report tied to your store.
- Email - support@codecreationlabs.com. Include your store URL so we can follow up.
Missing something rather than broken?
If the app works as designed but does not do what you need, use Request a feature instead. Bugs jump the queue.
