Report a bug
Something in Workflow Webhooks is broken or behaving unexpectedly. The more precisely you can point at it, the faster we can fix it.
Before you send: the History page in the app resolves most reports in a couple of minutes. The usual causes are a token or header mismatch, a payload key that does not match the field mapping, or an exhausted monthly quota.
If it is still wrong after that, the form above is the fastest route.
What makes a report easy to fix
The four things that let us trace a webhook call end to end:
- Your store domain - so we can find the invocation.
- The webhook name, exactly as it appears in the app.
- An approximate timestamp of the call you expected to work.
- What History showed for that moment, if anything - status, and the error text on the invocation detail page.
With those we can follow the request from the moment it hit our endpoint through to the Shopify Flow trigger delivery.
Useful things to attach
- A screenshot of the History list, or of the invocation detail page.
- A screenshot of your Shopify Flow workflow, showing the trigger step.
- A screenshot of the webhook's Advanced Settings if you suspect a mapping problem.
- The exact request your system sends - method, URL, headers, and body. Redact the token.
[!WARNING] Never paste a live static token or HMAC secret into this form. If you think a secret leaked, rotate it in the app first, then tell us.
Prefer another channel?
- In-app chat - open any page of the app in your Shopify admin and use the chat bubble. This is the fastest route and keeps the report tied to your store.
- Email - support@codecreationlabs.com. Include your store URL so we can follow up.
- Slack - join our apps workspace, linked from Support.
Missing something rather than broken?
If the app is working as designed but does not do what you need, use Request a feature instead. Bugs jump the queue; feature requests are grouped so repeated asks carry weight.
