Request a feature
This app is shaped by what merchants actually need. If a trigger is missing, a setting is awkward, or something would save you time, we want to hear it. Use the form above, or reach us another way below.
What makes a request easy to act on
You do not need to write a spec. A sentence is fine. But if you can, include:
- The goal - what you are trying to achieve in your store, not just the feature. "I want my warehouse notified when stock hits zero at one location" tells us more than "add an inventory trigger".
- What you do today - the workaround you are using now, if any.
- Where it fits - a new trigger, the Settings page, permissions, event history, or somewhere else.
- How often it matters - a daily annoyance and a once-a-year edge case get weighed differently.
Screenshots and short examples always help.
Good things to ask for
- A trigger that does not exist yet. Tell us the Shopify change you want to react to. Worth checking Complete trigger reference first - with the current trigger count, what you need may already be there under a different name.
- A field you need in the payload that the trigger does not currently deliver.
- A rough edge in the Settings tabs, the Permissions page, or Event History.
- Notification or quota behaviour that does not fit how your team works.
What happens next
- We reply to confirm we have it, usually within a couple of business days.
- Related requests are grouped, so if others have asked for the same thing, yours adds weight.
- When something you asked for ships, we note it in the changelog.
Found a bug instead?
If something is broken rather than missing, Report a bug - and include the trigger name and a timestamp so we can trace it.
